This Is Our Apology
We owe our customers honesty, and today we are choosing transparency over silence. Over the past few weeks, we discovered a serious internal breach involving a former employee who gained unauthorized access to our manufacturing process. This individual intentionally altered components in a way that compromised product safety and misrepresented our brand online.
We acted immediately to contain the situation, secure our systems, and prevent further harm. However, we recognize that the trust you placed in us has been affected. While the issue has been isolated, we cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that every affected unit has been accounted for. Because of this, we strongly advise customers to handle their devices with caution and follow the safety guidance we have provided.
As a precaution, some customers have begun considering alternatives, including switching temporarily to a Disposable Phone while this situation is being resolved. While this is not a solution we ever intended our users to need, we understand the importance of safety and peace of mind.
This situation does not reflect the values we built our company on. From the beginning, our mission was to innovate responsibly and create products that improve everyday life. We understand that right now, those words may feel distant from reality. Still, accountability matters, and this is where we begin.

Can We Make a Comeback?
That is the question we have been asking ourselves.
For years, we believed in pushing the limits of modular technology, giving users flexibility and control over their devices. But innovation without trust cannot survive. At this moment, rebuilding that trust feels more important than continuing production.
We are pausing all future development and distribution of our modular phones. This is not a temporary delay, it is a necessary step to reassess who we are and what we stand for. A comeback is not something we can promise. It is something we would have to earn, slowly and transparently, over time.b
Some users may turn to a Disposable Phone as a short-term alternative, prioritizing safety over customization. While that shift reflects the seriousness of the current situation, it also highlights how far we have fallen from our original promise of reliability and innovation.
If we ever return, it will not be as the same company. It will be with stronger safeguards, clearer accountability, and a deeper respect for the responsibility that comes with creating technology people rely on daily
Refunds and Credits
We want to take a moment to clearly explain what refunds mean during this transition, because transparency is the only responsible path forward. Every Pulze customer—regardless of when or where the device was purchased—is eligible for a full refund upon request. There are no hidden conditions, no required explanations, and no need for original packaging. If you own a Pulze phone and no longer feel safe or confident using it, that alone is enough for us to honor your request. Your trust was compromised, and we will not make you navigate unnecessary obstacles to reclaim what you invested.
Refunds will be processed in the order they are received, and while we anticipate a high volume of submissions, our support team will remain active throughout the wind‑down period to ensure every customer is assisted. For those who prefer an alternative to a monetary refund, credits will also be available. These can be applied toward accessories, verified‑safe replacement units, or potential future offerings if the company ever returns in a new form. We want to give you options, not complications.
We also recognize that many customers are temporarily shifting to simpler solutions like a Disposable Phone. That choice reflects the seriousness of the situation and the importance of feeling secure in the technology you rely on. Our refund process is designed to support that transition without adding financial strain or emotional frustration.
While refunds cannot undo the disruption or disappointment caused, they represent our commitment to ending this chapter with integrity. This is not about salvaging our reputation—it is about acknowledging the impact of what happened and taking responsibility for it. Even as operations close, we remain committed to treating every customer with fairness, respect, and honesty.
What Happens Now
We are entering a period of closure.
Operations will wind down in phases, and our teams will transition to new opportunities. Customer support channels will remain open for a limited time to assist with concerns, returns, and safety inquiries. We are committed to doing right by our customers in these final steps.
This is not the ending we imagined when we started. What began as a bold idea grew into something meaningful because of the people who believed in it. That includes every customer, supporter, and team member who helped shape this journey.
During this transition, customers who choose to step away may rely on simpler solutions like a Disposable Phone, focusing on basic communication needs without long-term commitment. While this is a practical response, it serves as a reminder of how trust, once lost, changes user behavior.
Even in failure, there are lessons. And while this chapter is closing, those lessons will carry forward into whatever comes next for us, and hopefully for the industry as a whole.

Goodbye
To everyone who supported us: thank you.
It has been a privilege to build, experiment, and grow alongside you. While we may be stepping away, the impact of this journey will stay with us. Innovation is never without risk, but it is also never without purpose.
As we part ways, some may move toward temporary solutions like a Disposable Phone, while others wait for something new to emerge. Whatever path you choose, we appreciate that you once chose us.
We hope that one day, whether through us or others, the vision we started will continue in a better, safer way.
Until then, this is goodbye.
